Vice President, Growth

Measure, forecast, and increase user retention and growth across platforms.

As the VP of Growth, you will be the key stakeholder responsible for measuring, forecasting, and increasing user retention and growth across platforms. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing leader with extensive user acquisition and data analysis experience.

You will serve as the bridge between the product, marketing, customer service and other functional departments, providing data driven feedback loops and developing growth strategies to increase overall engagement and market share.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the company’s end-to-end marketing strategy, including the planning, budgeting, and analysis of all GTM initiatives

  • Continually drive engagement and virality via high-leverage growth hacks 

  • Work cross functionally to optimize key service offerings, pricing, and playbooks for maximum growth

  • Manage a team of growth-focused professionals, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure team success

  • Develop and grow relevant partnerships at local, regional, and national levels that expand market share

  • Leverage our CRM and tools such as Tableau to create a reporting dashboard that monitors marketing effectiveness, sales pipeline, and other relevant KPIs

  • Intimately understand the user funnel across multiple customer personas, from first install to the rationale for churned users

  • Provide strategic oversight of customer service team to ensure strong retention and maximize paid upgrades

  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports to the C-suite on the status of growth initiatives while proactively addressing issues of immediate concern

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of GTM / end-to-end marketing experience in highly data-driven environments

  • Proven success leading and growing sales, account management, or customer service teams 

  • Working knowledge of existing and and emerging MarTech, such as Google Analytics, GTM, Segmetrics, Optimizely, Buffer, Hubspot, Tableau, and related systems

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal communication; superior written communication

  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate large data sets into actionable insights

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sense of ownership and urgency

  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $220-250K, based on experience and skill set

  • On-Target-Earnings: up to $400K your first year

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage

  • 100% remote work but we offer co-working space in select metro areas

  • EST – PST time zones preferred
